Welcome to Pear Tree Poultry Co., based in Chapel St Leonards, Lincolnshire. We specialise in supplying strong, healthy point-of-lay hybrid hens and high-quality fertile hatching eggs.
Whether you're starting your first backyard flock or expanding an existing one, our birds are carefully raised to give you reliable egg production, great temperament, and excellent overall health.

All of our birds were raised in a clean, well-managed environment with a strong focus on welfare, nutrition, and care. We take pride in offering chickens that are not only productive but also friendly and easy to keep.
We believe in honest advice, fair pricing, and supporting our customers every step of the way—whether you're new to poultry or an experienced keeper. Please always email for prices and availability on our POL hens we sell out quick and wouldn't want anyone to have a wasted journey.

Our pol chickens are raised with care, ensuring they are strong, healthy, and ready to thrive in their new homes. We offer various breeds suitable for both egg-laying and general flock enjoyment.
Hatching eggs
Discover the joy of hatching your own chicks with our fertile hatching eggs. Sourced from our healthy breeding stock, our eggs offer excellent viability and a wonderful opportunity to grow your flock from the start. Our current hatching egg breeds are!

Sustainable farming
We believe in ethical and sustainable farming practices. Our chickens enjoy spacious, natural environments, contributing to their well-being and the quality of our products. Unfortunately our ladies and gents are all currently still in flockdown but usually free roam on 6.5 acres.
